Terms of Service Online Store Regulations

1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms define the rules for using the online store operated on the Shopify platform at www.venusasajeans.com.
1.2 The store conducts retail sales via the Internet.
1.3 The Terms are available on the store’s website and each Customer has the opportunity to read them before making a purchase.
2. Definitions
2.1 Store – the online service available at www.venusasajeans.com.
2.2 Seller – the store owner indicated above, hereinafter referred to as “Venus.”
2.3 Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order.
2.4 Goods/Product – a movable item offered in the store.
2.5 Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent leading to the conclusion of a Sales Agreement.
3. Contact
3.1 How can you contact Venus? You may always contact VENUS COMPANY Karol Kędzierski with it’s registered office at

3.2 How can Venus contact you? If Venus needs to contact you, they will do so by phone, email, or (if necessary) postal mail, using the contact details provided when placing your order.
4. Your Order
4.1 Your order is accepted when Venus sends you an email confirming its acceptance, at which point a contract is concluded between you and Venus.
4.2 If Venus is unable to accept your order, they will inform you and you will not be charged. This may be due to a limited edition item being sold out, or a pricing or product description error.
4.3 Your order number. Venus will assign a number to your order and inform you of it once the order is accepted. Providing the order number will help Venus when you contact them regarding your order.
4.4 Processing your order may take 1 to 5 business days, not including shipping time.
5. Venus Products
Products may differ slightly from how they appear in photos. Product images on venusasajeans.com are for illustrative purposes. Venus makes every effort to ensure that all photos accurately reflect the actual appearance of the purchased product.
6. Nature of vintage products
When purchasing vintage items, you should expect minor imperfections and signs of wear. These carefully selected pieces may show signs of use, SOMETIMES SLIGHT FRAYING OR DISCOLORATION – THESE ARE CONSIDERED FEATURES, NOT DEFECTS! Each item is carefully cleaned and ready for use.
7. Delivery
7.1 Venus is located in Poland. Countries to which Venus ships: European Union countries, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
7.2 When will my order be shipped? Once your order is shipped, the delivery time should be assumed as:
• 1–3 days within Poland
• 5–7 days within the European Union
• 7–10 days to the United Kingdom
• 7–14 days to the United States
, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
7.3 Delivery costs. Delivery costs will be displayed on www.venusasajeans.com before payment is made.
7.4 If you are not home at the time of delivery and no one is available to receive the parcel, and the parcel cannot be placed in a mailbox, Venus will send you information on how to reschedule delivery (if possible) or pick up the product at a local pickup point.
7.5 When you take responsibility for the product. You become responsible for the product as soon as it is delivered to the address you provided when placing the order.
7.6 Customs and taxes (for customers outside the EU).
The Customer is responsible for any additional costs sucha as: customs duties, taxes, and other import requirements related to importing products into a non-EU country. Venus is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or regulatory issues, nor for shipments returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or non-compliance. No refunds are issued in such cases. THE RELEVANT EXTERNAL LOGISTICS PROVIDER WILL CONTACT YOU TO COLLECT DUTIES, TAXES, AND SHIPPING FEES BEFORE DELIVERY.
7.7 Venus is not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, Venus will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the impact. In such cases, we are not liable for delays caused by the event.
8. Payment
The order price and delivery costs (including applicable VAT or sales tax) will be shown in PLN and displayed during checkout.
7.1 A receipt is included with every order. At the buyer’s request, Venus will issue a VAT invoice, which will be sent to the indicated email address.
7.2 For non-EU customers: The order price does not include VAT, customs duties, or any other import requirements. Such fees may be high, so please verify them before placing your order. Venus is not responsible for unpaid duties or taxes, nor for shipments returned due to non-payment. Refunds are not issued in such circumstances.
9. Return Policy
Since Venus is a small shop working with one-of-a-kind vintage objects, each object in Venus’ collection is truly unique. Vintage pieces are delicate objects, and Venus treats them with special care. Venus is able to accept a return only if an object was described incorrectly or arrives damaged.
Venus knows that shopping online can sometimes feel uncertain, so Venus encourages you to take a moment to read through the product details carefully before making a purchase. And if you ever feel unsure or need more information, just send Venus a message—Venus will help you!
If something seems off—like incorrect size details, visible stains, or unexpected damage—please reach out to Venus at info@venusasajeans.com within 14 days of your purchase. Don’t forget to include your invoice.
9.1 A 14-day return policy applies, meaning you have 14 days from receiving the product to request a return.
9.2 To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with tags/labels attached, and in its original packaging.
9.3 The return shipping fee is not covered by Venus.
9.4 To initiate a return, you may contact Venus at info@venusasajeans.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return concerns an order outside Poland, contact Venus via the same email address.
9.4 Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
9.5 Refund timeframe. A refund will be issued within 14 days from the day the returned product is received.

10. Complaints Regarding Goods (Warranty for Lack of Conformity)
10.1 The Customer has the right to file a complaint if the purchased product is not in conformity with the contract, in accordance with applicable laws, including EU Directive 2019/771, the Polish Consumer Rights Act, and the Polish Civil Code.
10.2 A complaint may be submitted by email at info@venusasajeans.com
or in writing to the Venus’ address indicated in these Terms.
The complaint should include:
- Customer’s name and contact details,
- order number,
- description of the lack of conformity,
- the Customer’s preferred remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction, or — if applicable — withdrawal from the contract).
10.3 The Seller undertakes to review the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Failure to respond within this timeframe shall mean that the complaint is deemed accepted.
10.4 If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will, at no cost to the Customer:
- repair the product or

replace it with one that is in conformity with the contract.
If repair or replacement is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs, the Customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract (withdrawal is not available in cases of minor non-conformity).
10.5 The Customer does not bear any costs related to submitting a justified complaint, including the cost of returning the product, its repair, or its replacement.
Vintage products may exhibit natural signs of wear (such as slight fraying or discoloration), as described in the product listing.
These characteristics are inherent to vintage items and do not constitute a lack of conformity.
11. Venus’ Right to Terminate the Contract
Venus may terminate the contract if you breach it. Venus may terminate the product contract at any time by sending you written notice if:
(a) you fail to make payment on time and still fail to do so within 14 days of a reminder, or
(b) you do not allow Venus to deliver the products within a reasonable time.
12. Personal Data
12.1 The Seller is the controller of personal data.
12.2 Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law (including GDPR).
