Shipping policy

1. Delivery 

1.1 Venus is located in Poland. Countries to which Venus ships: European Union countries, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
1.2 When will my order be shipped? Once your order is shipped, the delivery time should be assumed as: 

• 1–3 days within Poland

• 5–7 days within the European Union
 • 7–10 days to the United Kingdom

• 7–14 days to the United States
, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.

1.3 Delivery costs. Delivery costs will be displayed on www.venusasajeans.com before payment is made.
1.4 If you are not home at the time of delivery and no one is available to receive the parcel, and the parcel cannot be placed in a mailbox, Venus will send you information on how to reschedule delivery (if possible) or pick up the product at a local pickup point. 
1.5 When you take responsibility for the product. You become responsible for the product as soon as it is delivered to the address you provided when placing the order. 
1.6 Customs and taxes (for customers outside the EU).

The Customer is responsible for any additional costs sucha as: customs duties, taxes, and other import requirements related to importing products into a non-EU country. Venus is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or regulatory issues, nor for shipments returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or non-compliance. No refunds are issued in such cases. THE RELEVANT EXTERNAL LOGISTICS PROVIDER WILL CONTACT YOU TO COLLECT DUTIES, TAXES, AND SHIPPING FEES BEFORE DELIVERY.
1.7 Venus is not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, Venus will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the impact. In such cases, we are not liable for delays caused by the event.
